5. Legal Requirements and Compliance Obligations – Understand applicable legal requirements, compliance obligations, permits, workplace regulations, and methods for evaluating compliance.
6. OH&S Objectives and Planning for Improvement – Learn to establish OH&S objectives, action plans, responsibilities, resources, timelines, and performance targets.
7. Support, Resources, Competence and Awareness – Cover resources, competence, training, awareness, communication, documented information, and support needed for OH&S implementation.
