5. Compliance Obligations and Legal Requirements – Understand environmental legal requirements, compliance obligations, permit requirements, and methods for evaluating compliance.
6. Planning, Risks, Opportunities and Objectives – Develop environmental objectives, action plans, risk and opportunity controls, and planning processes for EMS improvement.
7. Support, Resources, Competence and Communication – Cover EMS resources, competence, awareness, training, internal communication, and external communication requirements.
8. Documented Information and EMS Records – Learn to create, control, update, retain, and protect EMS documents and records required for implementation.
9. Operational Control and Emergency Preparedness – Study operational controls, lifecycle perspective, outsourced process controls, emergency preparedness, and response planning.
10. Performance Evaluation and Environmental Monitoring – Learn monitoring, measurement, analysis, evaluation, compliance checks, management review, and EMS performance indicators.
